Here come some more renders of the car in a full black livery, giving it a nice dark and mean look!

Another legend today with this 86 Sport Quattro that Walter Rohrl brought to victory at Pikes Peak!
A few news also. as Falken Tire has contacted me to realise an artwork for them, of their 2013 997 RSR that they will use for their USA advertising campaign. 15 to 20 000 will be printed and handed out as signed posters by the drivers at each ALMS event, so stay tuned for more news here!

AC 5-28 "Mont Ventoux"
Years ago, i designed a car for a competition on Local Motors. I was intern at Ducati at the time and the idea was to couple two Desmosedici engines to create a V8, all with Ducati DNA bodywork around it.
3 years later, I finally got time to get the project further, after having thought about it for months in my head for new modifications on the design.
The mechanical layout drastically evolved, going from a RWD front engine car to a RWD central engine layout. The design evolved accordingly, along with the proportions which had to accomodate two adult passengers.
About 3 weeks of work later, the modeling is finished (minus some details that will be done later), and after starting Vray for the first time of my life last Sunday, I got some renders done to show the car in its current state.
More will come in the future, for example renders of the mechanical elements that i fully modeled too, despite the fact that with the body on top of them, we don't actually see them!

AC 5-28 "Mont Ventoux" stands for "Anthony Colard 500hp 2800cc" and the mont Ventoux is one of the oldest and most famous hillclimb race in France.

Today I went at the 964 again, the customer wanted a different angle, so about 4 hours later, here it was.
Renault Safrane Biturbo & Porsche 964 Carrera 2
More orders from customers (their cars actually). Safrane Biturbo Baccara (was 4WD and 265hp, not bad!) and a nice white Carrera 2 964.
BMW 1 M and Alpine A442 B
I added the BMW 1 M Coupe to the list, as well as the 1978 Le Mans winner Alpine A442B.
Next to come are a Porsche 964 Carrera 2 ordered by a customer, and a Ferrari 250 GTO. Then I will get onto two legends : the Peugeot 205 T16 and the Audi Quattro S1 pikes Peak.

Artworks & website
Hello all.
Happy new year to everyone.
First of all, the website is back online on a new server, with some updated galeries.
It will get fully overhauled in the near future with a completely new interface, updated portfolio work, some video, a better link with the blog, etc etc.
It also feature a new section, which brings me to the following : the Artworks.
Recently I've started to do this as a side project. Project which is taking more and more of my time (along with my Ducati 2 seater sports car which is going under some major work).
The artworks are for sale as prints, with different sizes and options available. The orders start coming in, and people are very pleased with what they receive. So it's all good.

Opel Renn-E Electric racer
Opel faisait des motos avant de faire des voitures, et j'aurais bien aimé pouvoir travailler sur un tel projet pour inscrire la marque au TTX-GP, championnat avant-gardiste de course de motos électriques. Mais Opel ne fait plus de motos, et très peu de compétition. J'ai donc pris sur mon temps libre pour m'amuser un peu et faire ma vision des choses.
Opel used to build bikes before they got into cars, and I would have loved to work on such a project to bring the brand to the TTX-GP, an avant-garde championship pitting electric race bikes. But Opel doesn't build motorbikes anymore, and takes part in only a few competitions. I took on my spare time to have fun and design my own vision of an electric Opel bike, which could have been a link between the recent Rak-E / Rad-E concepts and the new Motorsport stuff.

Le blog était un peu en stand-by récemment, majoritairement dû au fait qu'avec le travail, je n'avais pas le temps de sketcher dans mon temps libre. Le travail ayant changé (des nouvelles la-dessus bientôt), et l'hiver étant là (fini les trackdays avec la voiture...), j'ai quelques trucs à partager. Le blog sera d'ailleurs modifié l'an prochain avec une nouvelle interface, et le site sera également remis en ligne après une réorganisation complète avec de nouvelles sections.
The blog was in a stand-by status recently, mostly because of work, so i didn't really have much time to sketch during my spare time and weekends. With work evolving (more on that soon), and winter settling in ( no more trackdays with my car), I have a few things to share. The blog will be updated early next year with a new interface, and the website will come back online after a complete reorganisation and new sections.
La Texaco-mobile ci-dessus était pour passer le temps, tester un style de sketche différent, et surtout dessiner un truc sans contraintes. Très 70s racecar / sci-fi / Speedracer, j'avais envie de me faire plaisir.
