Daily sketch - Colard C12-R
Pas de sketches depuis quelques temps parce que je bossais sur pas mal d'autres projets, et en même temps je n'avais pas trop de motivation pour dessiner.
Voilà donc la moto, avec un rapide profil histoire de juste montrer un peu les volumes en 15' de travail environ.
No sketches for a while as I was working on other projects, and at the same time i lost some of my sketching motivation.
Here is a quick side-view of the bike just to show the volumes in 15' of work approximately.

Voila la couleur est finie. J'ai mis pas mal de temps pour arriver à un résultat propre et bien brillant, et aussi pour choisir la couleur de la moto.
Here is the finished coloured sketch. It took me some time to render it properly and have a good shiny finish, and also to choose the bike's colour!

Le sketch du jour sera mis en couleur demain, c'est la C12-R. J'ai repris un petit peu le design de l'arrière pour l'affiner et fait un nouvel échappement. Les jantes deviennent spécifiques également.
Today's sketch is about the C12-R, in colour tomorrow. I've reworked a bit the design of the tail and the exhaust pipes to make them thinner. The rims are now specific too.

I finished yesterday a render of the Megane 3 RSD of the DTI Racing. If you wanna see the car in real, go check out the team's blog at the end of this article or in my side panel for the favorite blogs.

2 semaines sans dessins, et sans une véritable excuse. Je n'ai juste pas eu trop de temps pour dessiner. Je vais essayer de me rattraper. Voila donc un dessin d'un vieux camion Mack qu'un ami (Daffy) restaure actuellement pour tirer tout un paquet de muscle cars sur des courses de drag :)
2 weeks and no sketches, and furthermore no excuses. I just didn't get enough time to sketch. I'll try to catch up! Here is a sketch of an old Mack truck that my friend Daffy is restoring to bring a bunch of muscle cars to the drag strips :D

Je tiens à m'excuser pour le manque de mises à jour récemment. Depuis une dizaine de jours, j'ai travaillé sur Paris puis je suis parti pour un entretien d'embauche en Angleterre, donc pas trop de temps libre pour dessiner.
Pour me faire pardonner, voilà donc un des dessins additionnels pour Pacific Motors. La compétition s'est terminée il y a une semaine environ et c'est un compatriote Pierre Gimbergues qui l'a emportée, devant mon pote Olivier Poulet (son blog est dans mes liens, n'hésitez pas à y faire un tour). Félicitations à eux deux donc et bon courage à Olivier qui vient de trouver un job! Comme quoi l'économie repart visiblement.
I want to apologize for the lack of updates recently. For around 10 days, I've been off the grid working in Paris and then in England for a job interview, so I didn't get much free time to sketch.
To seek forgiveness, I post a sketch done for the Pacific Motors competition. It's over by the way, and a french mate won it, Pierre Gimbergues, followed closely by my buddy Olivier Poulet (his blog is in my links, go check it out). Congrats to both of them and good luck to Olivier who just got a job offer. Looks like the economy is getting better.

La compétition Pacific Motors touche à la fin de sa phase de soumission des projets, donc voici le mien. Par contre il se fait tard donc je ne rajoute pas d'explications, tout ce qu'il y a à savoir est déjà sur la planche.

Daily sketch - L'Intégral dans les bacs
Depuis quelques jours, le nouveau numéro du magazine moto "L'Intégral" (petit frère de Moto Revue) est dans les bacs. Entre autres essais et dossiers, il y a un dossier sur une niche en voie d'expansion, les motos transformables et donc polyvalentes. A l'occasion de ce dossier, il y a 4 pages de dessins signés de ma main + la couverture avec les motos ci-dessus.
Les dessins vous plairont sûrement certes, mais je vous conseille quand même d'aller acheter le magazine qui fait aussi un sujet sur Troy Bayliss et l'histoire du Mondial Superbike, ainsi que sur les pilotages des pilotes Moto GP Rossi, Lorenzo, Stoner et Pedrosa.
For a few days, the new issue of the french motorcycle magazine "L'Intégral" is in stores. Among other subjects, there is a 9 pages article about tomorrow's modular bikes, with my sketches all over it (and on the cover of the mag too).
You may like the sketches that you can see up here, but there are more in the mag, so if you can buy it, don't hesitate. Furthermore, there are three good articles about troy Bayliss, the history of WSBK and Moto GP riding styles.

Presque deux semaines sans dessin, mais c'est parce que j'ai un peu trop de travail sur les bras, et certaines choses à faire en urgence.
Voici donc pour aujourd'hui une Mégane 3 RS avec un aperçu de ce que devrait donner la déco course du Team DTi Racing qui engagera cette Mégane DCi en Endurance cette année.

Almost two weeks without any updates. I apologize for that, but i've been rather busy with some jobs to do and things which couldn't wait and I can't show yet.
So for today, here is a sketch of a Megane 3 RS with what could look like the paintjob of the DTi Racing Team which will engage this car in some Endurance races this year.
